A staff wellbeing survey with a twist has proven a winner for Bethesda Health Care, with the wellness activity winning the Australian Private Hospitals Association Award for Excellence.
Bethesda received the Staff Engagement and Wellbeing Award for its staff wellbeing survey, that evaluated employees on all aspects on their lives, not just their work environment, to provide better overall insights into the individual and organisation wide culture.
