Bethesda Health Care is seeking an experienced and values-aligned nursing leader for an acting appointment as Area Manager Perioperative Services.
This role provides a strategic platform to oversee day-to-day perioperative operations within one of Perth’s most respected not-for-profit private hospitals, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality surgical services.
Reporting to the Perioperative Services Manager, the position is responsible for operational oversight across all perioperative functions including workforce coordination, patient flow, compliance management and clinical governance. The role works in close partnership with VMOs, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams to maintain surgical excellence and ensure seamless patient care.
