Bethesda Health Care is seeking an experienced Patient Services Supervisor to join our Patient Services team.
Reporting to the Manager Patient Services, this position oversees the day-to-day operations of the Patient Services team to ensure efficient, accurate and patient centred admission services. The role provides frontline support, maintains data integrity, ensures compliance with privacy and health fund requirements, and contributes to a positive patient and consumer experience. This is a hands-on supervisory position that supports staff performance, workflow management and service consistency.
