We seek applications from motivated and committed individuals looking to gain hands-on experience with the flexibility to pursue a formal qualification through the University of Notre Dame if desired.
What Our Graduate Program Offers
The Bethesda Health Care Graduate Nurse Program provides a positive and supportive environment where graduate nurses are encouraged to develop clinically and professionally. You will gain exposure to a range of clinical specialties through two rotations over 12 months, including:
• Surgical
• Palliative Care
Other Key Features of the Graduate Nurse Program include:
• A comprehensive four-day induction program
• Supernumerary time in each clinical area
• Fortnightly education sessions to enhance professional development
• Continuous support from Staff Development Nurses, preceptors, and Bethesda’s Learning and Development Team
• Access to ongoing education, including study days
• 56–70 hour per fortnight contracts
