Accreditation

Accreditation Made Easy

In order to admit patients, operate, or render professional services at Bethesda Hospital, Visiting Medical Officers and GP's must be accredited to hold clinical privileges. We use the Equifax eCredentialling system for accreditation.

What is eCredentialing?
eCredentialing (via Equifax) is a software system providing a secure, online portal for Australian health professionals to create and manager their own personal clinical profiles. This system allows you to complete your profile, upload your CV, and submit registration and insurance documentation all in one secure and centralised location. This simplifies the process of submitting your application for accreditation or reaccreditation.

Don’t have an existing eCredential Equifax account? Click here to create an account and upload your information and documents. Once you have completed your profile, you can request an Accreditation Invitation from Bethesda by clicking the link above.

Further information on the Mandatory Documents and Training required to become an accredited practitioner at Bethesda Health Care can be found here.
