Accreditation
Bethesda is accredited against the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, which provide a nationally consistent framework for improving the safety and quality of healthcare. Maintaining accreditation demonstrates our commitment to high standards of care, supported by evidence-based policies, procedures and practices. We continually review and improve our processes to ensure we deliver safe, high-quality care to every patient.
Specialists in Sustainability
Our highly active Environmental Sustainability Committee identifies opportunities to improve our environmental performance and make responsible choices for people and the planet. Bethesda's sustainable practices include switching to biodegradable gloves, compostable kidney dishes and reducing single-use plastics.
