Bethesda Health Care is seeking an experienced full-time Deputy Director of Nursing who has outstanding leadership and relationship-building skills and who can lead and support a stable and experienced clinical team in the delivery of high-quality health care now and into the future.

About the role:
This is a highly rewarding and significant role at the senior leadership level, leading a multi-disciplinary team, pivotal in leading and managing Clinical Services, and driving business process improvement initiatives and opportunities.
Working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing and the Executive Team, you will be responsible for achieving agreed targets for Clinical Operations across Perioperative, Surgical, and Palliative Care (including Metropolitan Palliative Care Consultancy Service – MPaCCS), contributing to the achievement of the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.
